Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! To keep things simple and fair for everyone, our cancellation policy is as follows:

48 hours or more before your reservation: You’ll receive a 100% refund.
24–47 hours before your reservation: You’ll receive a 50% refund.
No-show at the time of reservation: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund.

If you need to make changes to your booking, just give us a call or send us an email, we’re happy to help whenever we can.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
